I wanted to share my thoughts and experiences concerning healing. For a long time, I thought that I was supossed to just accept whatever befell me as "God's Will". It has taken a lot of enlightenment (Thanks, Holy Spirit!) to break through and finally realize what this whole thing means. I can do nothing without God. But God can do ANYTHING! It is really amazing when you just allow yourself to believe that with all of your heart, because it is true. God can, and WILL heal you. He wants us to be happy and healthy and to do His Will, which is to give love and Glory to Him. Now if we go to Him and confess our sins, He will listen, and He will begin to change us from within. Don't let people tell you that God might not heal you! I truly believe that this kind of thought introduces a Limit in your thinking of what God can do. He can not be limited! You must have faith, and if you find yourself beginning to doubt, pray for more faith! Call upon Him again and again, He will answer and deliver you from your affliction, whether it be physical, mental, or spiritual. Jesus wants us to be healed, He wants to give us peace. He knows what it is like for us in our world, He was here and felt it. He knows your suffering inside and out, and He wants you to call out to Him in faith.

It is sort of like in the film and book, "The Neverending Story". A Great Nothing was sweeping over Fantastica (Fantasia in the film), destroying everything in its path. The Childlike Empress knew that an earthling child had to give her a new name to save Fantastica. Bastian was the only human being who could do it, because he was reading The Neverending Story, thus becoming a part of it. But he was afraid. He doubted that he could make a difference, that he could save Fantastica. All he had to do was call out a new name, but he did not believe it would work. Only after almost everything had been destroyed did he finally understand and call out her name. And when he did, The Nothing disappeared.
Sometimes it takes simplicity to get the point across. This story is a simple one, but it truly does reflect how things are between us and God. All we have to do is call out, but we doubt He will hear, or we doubt He wants to help. Please go to the site above, Roadblocks To Healing. It inspired me very much, and with the Good Lord's help, the article opened my eyes to God's Divine Will.

Jesus has healed me, and I would like to share a couple of those expereinces with you. The first was a couple of years ago. I was having very bad pain in my jaw from a wisdom tooth. My mother and I prayed about it, asking for healing, and the pain was gone. It was a few hours later, but it was gone. The other experience, which I can remember far better because it happened only about a month ago is this: I had been having terrible stomach pain, an intense burning in the pit of my stomach every single day upon waking. It was relentless, and after about a month or so I finally decided to see a doctor. So I called and made an appointment. I was quite worried about it being an ulcer or something serious. No amount of antacids helped. Nothing. I prayed one morning for healing of my stomach. I prayed and prayed, summoning all of the faith I had, and asking Jesus for some extra:)I decided to take Him at His word, and accept the healing He so wanted to give me. It was a bit difficult, but I persisted in my prayer, even when the doubts seeped in. I prayed through it, with The Holy Spirit guiding me. I praised Jesus and Thanked Him for His mercy and goodness, and compassion. I praised Him over and over. I thanked Him and ended my prayer and went to lie down. As I lay there, thinking of the Lord, and just a little bit wondering if He would really heal me, but still expecting something wonderful, a feeling washed over me. It was not heat, but almost half a physical feeling and half an awareness in my soul. I felt at that moment something inside me say, "I will heal you". I did not hear words, but just knew with my heart that God was speaking to me. It was amazing! I jumped up, and in a few minutes my pain was completely gone! And it has never returned. I do believe He wants to heal us, and He can and Will Heal anything! His love is boundless, and He knows we need Him to do anything. We can not pray without Him, we can not speak or sing, or even breathe.

Do not think he won't do it for you. If you believe, and accept Jesus Christ as your Savior, and give Him the Glory He so deserves, He will deliver you. Believe it.
